paint palette

If there's one important thing you need to know, it's that i love love love make up.
yes that's right you had to know that.
I always treasure the beauty section in every magazine with any new ideas they could give me,new prods brands are bringing out, and what designer is doing what their models' faces and such.
I also don't mind trying colour, whether that be on lips, cheeks, eyes or feet (maybe not that one). I find i'm the one who buys those coloured eyeshadows that are on sale 'coz no-one is game enough to try - but i am!

It certainly excites me and takes up 45 minutes of my 60 i have to get ready for work in the morning, so you could say it's an addiction.
I have compiled some 'looks' that i desire to mimic this season as they are just super cool:
Matching lips and nails

Dark eyes pink lips

Turquoise eyes

fuschia cheeks

black and yellow smokey

Metallic fantastic

Leopard eyes

Pastel pouts

straight and dark

Lolly lips

I've met girls who plan their outfits the night before, I plan my makeup the night before and work my outfit around that...
I kind of think that the face is like the front cover of a book, it tells you a little about itself but you have to look past that to find out what the book is about.
It's often a first impression, and a last one, and it's how you most engage with other people.
And i want the person i'm engaging with to think "daym her lippy is mighty fine".

So spend a night (or day) at home infront of the mirror and just play around with all that stuff you've got lying around the bottom of your make up bag and see what you come up with, and not just the obvious, lipstick as blush, cream colour as a shadow base for intensity, dipping a thin brush in water and then in shadow for liquid liner, just go with it, why not.
